We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your coffee bean grinder, we offer returns under the following conditions:
- Eligibility for Returns:
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a condition that allows it to be resold.
- Non-returnable Items:
- Any product that is marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery (other than for testing purposes).
- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return.
- Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@urbanupmarket.shop with your order number and a brief reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the product.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
- Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (via PayPal), and you will receive a notification once the refund is complete. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
