- Non-Refundable Items:
- Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Refundable” at the time of purchase.
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery (except for testing purposes).
- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for a refund.
- How to Request a Refund:
- To begin the refund process, please contact us at contact@urbanupmarket.com with your order number and reason for requesting a refund.
- Once your refund request is approved, we will send you a return authorization and instructions on how to return the product.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the refund is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
Refund Process
- Returned Items:
- After we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria (unused, original packaging, etc.).
- Once the item passes inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (via PayPal).
- Refund Timeline:
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your PayPal account after we process it.
- Refunds will be for the purchase price of the product only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost to you. Please follow these steps:

- Photos of the damaged or defective item
- Once we verify the issue, we will guide you through the return process and issue your refund, including return shipping costs.
Canceling an Order
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at contact@urbanupmarket.shop. We process orders quickly, so if the order has already been shipped, we will direct you to follow the return process to receive your refund.

Restocking Fees: In some cases, a restocking fee may apply to returned items. This will be clearly communicated during the return process.
